The Camera de le Róndole is located at Maso Pòstel, a large farmhouse dating back to the end of the 17th century, which still retains the characteristics of the period. The common areas allow guests to immerse themselves in the rural atmosphere typical of times gone by and which, in part, is still maintained with the cultivation of chestnuts, potatoes, cereals and other crops. There are still several old agricultural tools that help to imagine what life was like before the modern era.
The Póstel farm is located above the village of Castagné San Vito, from where it can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. You can get there by car by going up from the village of Susà towards Malga di Susà, turning off, before reaching it, onto a small road that branches off to the left and which corresponds to a section of the Eastern Trentino Horse Trail. ATTENTION: to reach the place you have to travel ABOUT 500 METRES of a fairly steep dirt road; this section of road is not suitable for low and/or sports cars, unless you drive very slowly and carefully.
The "Póstei", the inhabitants of maso Póstel, love the outdoors and farm work. Among them there are also sports lovers (ice skating, hiking, ski mountaineering, Muni unicycling, hiking), nature lovers, music lovers, lovers of company, lovers of reading. The guest, whatever his interests, will find our understanding and collaboration.
The local attractions are constituted by the beautiful nature in which the house is immersed. The settlement is surrounded by mown meadows and woods, where pleasant paths branch off for beautiful relaxing walks in the surroundings or more challenging ones, to climb the "home" mountain, the Marzola, from which you can enjoy a wonderful 360-degree panorama of the lakes of Valsugana and the Adige Valley.
The place is an excellent starting point for mountain bike or e-bike excursions.
In ten minutes by car you can reach Pergine Valsugana, Lake Caldonazzo and Levico Terme.
