In winter, it is possible to leave ski equipment directly at the "Mountain Life" Ski Depot at the foot of the Col Rodella cable car: this way, there is no need to move the car and transport the skis.
Alternatively, if the depot is full, there is a large parking area at the foot of the cable car.
At home, you will find the ski school field of the Campitello Ski School, which is very useful for the first days of ski school for children.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible from the garage with lift. In the living room, kitchenette and bathroom the flooring is tiled, easily hygenizable, while in the two bedrooms there is wood. Winter heating works with a pellet stove and electric convector heaters; the house is equipped with an ambient thermostat, a sensor for detecting monoxide and a regular fire extinguisher, as per legal provisions. The terrace is equipped with a wooden bench, a wooden table and chair, soft blankets

The Residence Col de Lyn is located in a quiet and sunny position about 3 minutes walk from the center of Campitello, away from the traffic of the Provincial Road: the terrace dominates the view of the village and allows you to experience the silence of the mountain with a splendid panorama.
It has a convenient covered car park with lift.
The apartment is comfortable and welcoming; the rooms are equipped with good capacity and very functional wardrobes (a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed with side).
The kitchenette is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher; the bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
There is a dehumidifier and a pellet stove.
