Cazzano and Mount Baldo are perfect for bikers, for trekking, for those who love Lake Garda and water sports, for free climbing (the rock gym with all difficulty levels is 3 minutes by car), an excellent area for canyoning (accessible just 15 minutes on foot), we have ski slopes 15 minutes by car, and finally this house is perfect for all travelers who love to discover unique places.

A lovely villa with a fantastic view, in a very nice little village called Cazzano, located in the natural park of Monte Baldo, just 20 minutes from Lake Garda and 10 from the ski slopes.
We have renovated the apartment on the second floor of our villa, trying to maintain the atmosphere of a historic building while completely renewing it and providing the apartment with all modern comforts. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a spacious bathroom, as well as a sofa bed for a potential fifth guest. Both rooms enjoy a fantastic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, and there is also a private balcony from which you can enjoy a 360° view. The apartment is very bright, cool in summer and warm in winter.
As our guests, you will have access to the garden where there is also a barbecue and a table. We also have private parking for your cars.

Arrival
Take the exit for the "Rovereto sud" highway (do not follow the GPS), then head towards Mori and then to Brentonico. 2 km before Brentonico, turn right for Cazzano. When you arrive in Cazzano, you will see the church; behind the church is a narrow alley called "Vicolo Corto." At the end of the alley, you will see our parking in front and on the left a white gate, which leads to our Villa.
