The structure is located on the ground floor of a late 19th-century house that has developed over various historical moments with continuous additions and renovations. The house is situated in the historic center of the small hamlet of Maiano, in front of the beautiful little church of S. Paolo and Pietro with a breathtaking view of Lake Santa Giustina and the entire Val di Non. The outdoor square offers private parking while the small rocky garden with a pond in the center houses 3 turtles and flowers typical of our mountains…

Arrival

From the highway: Exit Trento north, follow the signs for Val di Non/Cles, once you reach the town of Cles follow the directions to b&b Incanto (about 37 km)

By Train: get off at the Trento station, take the Trento Male railway, get off at Cles. From the station, follow the road to the left (with the station behind you), pass the level crossing and follow the signs to b&b Incanto. (about 500 meters)

The spacious room features a bright French door that can be used as a private exit.

The headboards of the beds made from the carving of three different types of wood (new oak, antique oak, and larch) evoke the silhouette of the mountains that can be admired from outside the b&b.

The roomy bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with light, hairdryer, towels, and courtesy products.

The room is located on the ground floor of an ancient residential house. The room consists of two separate areas divided by a door, each equipped with two beds and a television. The room overlooks the access path and the characteristic rocky garden with a turtle pond.

The headboard of the main room's bed is crafted from a skilled carving of three types of wood: ancient oak, new oak, and larch (local wood with relaxing properties) and the design represents the mountains that can be admired outside the room.

A spacious bathroom serves both areas and is equipped with towels, shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
