Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival.
From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
The price includes:
- the charges for heating, electricity, water;
- wi-fi internet connection;
- 1 car place for each apartment;
The apartments must be returned clean and tidy with specially care for the kitchen and its equipment, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 50,00.
LINEN AND TOWELS can be requested for €15,00 per person and change;
SMALL PETS are welcome (only in the apartment Rododendro).
