The GardaStivo residence, an ancient real estate complex dating back to 1860 completely renovated, is located in Bolognano, a quiet village equipped with every service (supermarket, pharmacy, bank) which is 1 km from Arco (reachable on foot through an enchanting walk immersed in the countryside ) and 4 km from Torbole and 5 km from Riva del Garda (reachable in a few minutes by car or by means of a cycle path that runs alongside the Sarca River and Lake Garda).
It is certainly an excellent starting point for long walks and practicing any activity that the area offers, free climbing, mountain biking, wind surfing, sailing, canyoning, rafting and horse racing. Furthermore, in winter it is possible to reach different ski lifts in just under three quarters of an hour.
Guests can use all the common areas, internal patio, garden, swimming pool, deck chairs, gazebo, bicycle and surf storage, laundry room.
Pets are not allowed except those of old customers.
