- The price of the apartment includes the costs of heating, water, gas and electricity. Except the tourist tax
- To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The final balance is requested upon arrival.
- Booking cancellation. It is a situation that we hope will not occur: we look forward to welcoming you to our apartments. However, we would like to explain our internal regulations in the event of a request to cancel the reservation: for cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date, we will withhold the deposit; for cancellations communicated 20 days before, 80% of the cost will be required. In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay will be required.

The apartments are all located near the center of Campitello di Fassa.
From everyone, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the Col Rodella - Sellaronda cable car.
In summer, access to the cycle path and the departure of the itineraries on the Sassolungo and Sasso Piatto are very convenient.
Apartments are located a few steps from both the Col Rodella - Sellaronda cable car and the center of Campitello di Fassa, a few kilometers away from Canazei.
How to get
By car
From the Egna-Ora exit of the A22 Brenner motorway, continue along the s.48 "delleDolomiti", traveling throughout the Val di Fiemme to then take the
Val di Fassa (from Ora to Campitello km 60).
