"Ciasa Modestina" is a 63 m² apartment on the mezzanine floor with a small entrance terrace, completely restored at the end of 2021. The furnishings are pleasant and welcoming, modern but in perfect mountain style, and consists of a living room with TV, dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 induction plates, fridge, freezer), 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single bedroom), bathroom with spacious shower. From every room it is possible to look out over the surrounding landscape, made up of meadows, woods and the inevitable splendid view of the mountains. The heating system is autonomous and underfloor to allow you to enjoy full comfort at any time of the year.
