Destino Apartments: Dream Atmosphere

Destino Apartments Two penthouses with lake view 100 m from the center of Riva del Garda and 900 m from Spiaggia Sabbioni. Destino Lake Apartment: southeast facing, 82 sqm, 2 bedrooms and a 22 sqm equipped terrace - Max 4 guests. Destino Rock Apartment: south facing - 55 sqm, 1 bedroom - Max 4 guests. The Destino apartments have been created from a recently renovated family house converted into tourist accommodations. The renovation was aimed at making the building eco-sustainable. The apartments are energy self-sufficient passive houses, with ventilated walls, forced mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and a photovoltaic system with storage. We personally and directly manage the rental of the apartments. In our vision, quality is the central element of the proposal. We have included in the structure what we look for when we go on vacation and that prevents us from longing to be at home. The apartments are situated in a residential context and are suitable for people seeking a facility that can provide the utmost in services and comfort, close to the city while guaranteeing a peaceful, quiet environment to allow for a relaxing vacation. The apartments are 100 meters from the center, restaurants, shops and about 1 km from the beaches. 50 meters away you will find a grocery store with high-quality products. A supermarket is located 500 meters away. In the condominium area, you can park your car freely. We also have a private garage with an electric car charging station (both garage and charging are paid services). If the internal parking spaces are temporarily occupied, a large public parking lot is available free of charge 200 meters away. Spoken languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian
