- Outdoors: garden with deck chairs, table for outdoor lunches and dinners, mobile wood barbecue.

- Water is provided by the public water system, while hot water comes from a gas boiler;
- The electricity of the house is supplied by an off-grid photovoltaic system with a storage battery, offering a sustainable and low-environmental-impact experience. The available energy ensures a comfortable stay, but encourages conscious usage, especially in bad weather. The use of large appliances is not allowed, but a small hairdryer is available in the bathroom for daily needs;

- Heating system not available. To warm up on cool evenings at the beginning/end of the season, the fireplace can be used.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in and check-out at other times must be agreed upon between the parties during the booking process.
Upon your arrival, we ask for a valid form of identification (ID card or driver's license) and a tourist tax of €1 per person per night to be paid in cash on site.

The grandmother's hut, Romana Zeller, is located at 1,300 m above sea level, 20 minutes by car from Tione di Trento in Trentino.
After parking, it only takes 2 minutes on foot to reach it!
The meeting point is in Tione di Trento, at the parking lot on via Giovanni Prati. We will then take you to the hut!
