The property, 65 sqm aprox, with independent entrance from the street level, is located on the top floor.
The apartment is compsed by a small hallway on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the living room and kitchen, first bedroom with king-size bed, a second room with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed that becomes a double bed when combined with the lower bed. There is also a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
Free parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, smart TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, baby cot*, and high chair* (available upon request).

From the 20th day until the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit paid will be applied.
