  • Final cleaning of the apartment;
  • Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
  • Pets are not allowed.

  To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer.

  As of 1 November 2015, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day applies, payable in cash at the accommodation, for stays from 1 to 10 nights, in addition to the accommodation price.
  Exemptions: children under 14 years of age and certified disabled guests.

  Please note that valid ID documents must be provided upon key handover for guest registration purposes.
  Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
