In front of the apartment is the Alloch ski stadium, a track for training and international competitions, which is illuminated twice a week for night skiing.
Near the apartment is the Skibus stop in winter and shuttles in summer.
150 m away is a Despar grocery store, and a few minutes' walk takes you to the town center where you can find many shops and the QcTerme wellness center.

At the entrance of the village, continue for 700 m until the church of San Nicolò, turn left and immediately after the bridge, turn right.
