The condominium "La Cigolera" was built in the mid-seventies in a beautiful location. It is about a three to five minute walk from the center. The cross-country ski trail, the multipurpose sports center, and the Skibus stop are right outside the entrance to the garage, reachable in one minute. The apartment is located on the third floor, just in front of the elevator door, and enjoys an unmatched panorama of the Pale di San Martino range from Cima Rosetta to Cusiglio, the Pala di San Martino, the bell towers, and the peaks of Roda, finishing with the Velo della Madonna and Sassmaor. It has a numbered external parking space next to the access stairs from Via Laghetto and a private cellar just a few meters from the elevator. Access to the garage is allowed for loading and unloading (in front of the elevator). The area, although very close to the center, is very quiet and just a few steps from the woods, in front of the Plank pond, making it ideal for a comfortable and relaxing vacation even without daily use of the car. Dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome as long as their owners clean up after them: fur & more. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, and De Longhi Nespresso coffee machine. Upon request, a crib and mattress for a child are available at no extra charge. Unfortunately, at the moment I cannot offer sheets and towels, but I provide kitchen cloths, pillows, comforters, and blankets. The apartment is still available for booking for the entire winter season.
