The house is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Folgaria, in via del Parco 42, Folgaria Ovest. Parking is available for free in the backyard. On the first floor, terrace with table and barbecue. The garden can be used only for the ground floor. If there are not enough spaces in the courtyard for cars, you can find free parking in via del Parco in front of the children's playground.
