The newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor of the Marinelli family home, owners until 2010 of the namesake Marinelli Forge.
It is situated in the charming village of PONDASIO, just a short walk from the center of Malè, which can also be reached via a pedestrian path.
Pondasio is crossed by the Rabbies stream. The presence of water made this place historically important for the local economy, thanks to the numerous mills and forges. In fact, the Marinelli Forge still exists today and is one of the few remaining examples of a water-powered forge.
The location is central and ideal for exploring the area and enjoying various activities. It lies at the entrance to the Val di Rabbi, with the Stelvio National Park to the north, and the Brenta Dolomites and Adamello-Brenta Nature Park to the southwest.
Just a few kilometers away are the winter resorts of Folgarida-Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio, Pejo, and Passo Tonale.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 80,00 (kitchenette at customer’s charge). On request linien rental € 13,00 per person. A security deposit of € 100,00: it will be retuned after the check of the apartment before the check-out. The extra charges will be asked at the arrival.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.

Arrival
By car: take the A22 Brennero motorway: if you are coming from the south, exit at the Trento notd tollbooth; if you are coming from the north, exit S.Michele all'Adige tollbooth, then follow the direction towards the town of Cles, in Val di Non, then towards Passo Tonale until Malè.
By train: the most convenient railroad statio for international trains is Trento. From there, you can take the "Trento-Malè-Mezzana" train to Val di Sole and stop in Terzolas or Malè.

The accommodation includes a private outdoor parking place and central heating. It consists of one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, and a living room with kitchen, sofa, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cookware, a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower and bidet. A washing machine and dryer are available in a shared area upon request. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
