Cozy and functional apartment of approximately 70 m2 with balcony, on the second floor of a quiet building in Cappella di Lavarone. Consisting of a living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Within 200/300 meters you will find a supermarket, tobacconist, newspapers, takeaway, church, bar, dairy, hairdresser and stationery shop. For snow lovers we are 5 minutes from the Lavarone ski area and just over 10 minutes from the Folgaria ski area The space is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, processing room and the living area with kitchen and living room. There are four beds, a double, a single and a bunk bed, in the living area there is a sofa bed, for a total of 6 beds The apartment offers all the comforts necessary to spend excellent holidays: accommodation with balcony and small exclusive garden, equipped with smart TV, Wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, parking space Ideal for a family stay, groups of friends and for all those who wish to experience the mountains in authenticity.
