The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival.
From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.Chek-in from 5.00 pm; check-out by 10.00 am.
Final cleaning: an extra EUR 50.00 will be charged if the apartment is not returned clean and tidy.
Bed linen is included in the price; towels can be brought from home or rented on site.
We accept small pets free of charge, subject to agreement with the landlord.
