Each ground floor apartment has a small enclosed garden with a shaded vine located at the entrance of the apartment, while the first floor apartments have terraces with views. Thanks to the enclosed outdoor spaces of each apartment, pets are welcome on the premises, allowing for a pleasant stay for our four-legged friends as well.
The house is located 800 meters from the lake, reachable by foot via a pedestrian-cycling path, 150 meters from a supermarket, 100 meters from a playground, and 150 meters from a bar/newsstand/tobacconist. Private parking for cars and a barbecue. Nearby, there is a walk with enchanting scenery that connects Lake Ledro with Lake Garda.
The house was completely renovated in 2023, with particular attention to sustainability. (Energy class A4, wood biomass heating from 0 km, electricity from a photovoltaic system, hot water from a solar system, use of eco-friendly cleaning products)
