In a limited traffic area, Casa Azzurra is not disturbed by the traffic on the main road and remains close to all services. It has 9 apartments, from 2/3 to 6 beds, all with free access to the WI-FI, flat-screen TV with TV-SAT for some foreign channels. All have a living area with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, microwave and kettle, hairdryer, washing machine and ironing accessories, some even have a dishwasher.
The house has a garage, ski / bike storage and free parking.
In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies.
IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHARGE ELECTRIC BICYCLES IN THE APARTMENTS/COVERED PARKING SPACE/BIKE STORAGE DEPOSITS. THERE ARE SPECIAL SPACES IN TOWN.

The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)

At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
