In winter our guests have a free ticket for public transport, a discounted ski bus ticket, a 10% discount on the entrance to the QC Terme di Pozza di Fassa and the nearby ski rental. Conditions
The reservation is confirmed after your deposit payment and after our confirmation email.
The deposit is not refundable, but the reservation period of the apartment can be moved, if free.
The payment method is by bank transfer, money order and cash.
The balance must be paid upon arrival or within two days thereafter.
Check-in will be after 4 pm while check-out will be before 9 am.
Upon arrival we ask for the identification document of each person including minors and the deposit of Euro 200 against any damages.
The tourist tax is Euro 1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days and children up to 14 years are free.
The apartments are non-smoking but you can smoke on the balcony.
The management is not responsible for any damage or theft and must be informed of any visits.
Quiet hours must be respected, from 2.30 pm to 4 pm or after 11 pm until morning.
