In winter, our guests have a ski bus ticket at a discounted price, a 10% discount on entry to the QC Terme in Pozza di Fassa and to the nearby ski rental. In summer guests benefit from the services of the Fassa Guest Card, 10% on entry to the QC Terme in Pozza di Fassa and the nearby bicycle rental.

Conditions
The reservation is confirmed after your payment of the deposit and after our confirmation email.
The deposit is not refundable, but the booking period of the apartment can be postponed if free.
The payment method is by bank transfer, money order and cash.
The balance must be paid at least two days before departure.
Check-in will be after 4pm while check-out will be by 9am.
Upon arrival we ask for the identification document of each person including minors and a deposit of Euro 200 against any damage.
The tourist tax is Euro 1.00 per person per day, children up to 14 years are free and must be paid for a maximum of 10 days.
The apartments are non-smoking but you can smoke on the balcony if necessary.
The management is not responsible for any damage or theft and must be informed of any visits.
Silence times must be respected, from 2.30 pm to 4 pm or after 11 pm until the morning.
