NON REFUNDABLE RATE.
Cancellation penalties: 40% up to 16 days before arrival, 50% between 15 and 8 days before arrival, 100% from 7 days before arrival and in case of no show.
Payments: for reservations made at least 8 days in advance of the arrival date, a deposit of 40% is required and the balance paid on site. For reservations from 7 days before arrival, 100% prepayment is required.
CITY TAX.
For stays starting from 1 November 2015, the introduction of the tourist tax is envisaged.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in
