The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building, has private parking and a garden equipped with a barbecue, table with chairs, deck chairs, and a protected area for storing bicycles and sports equipment, swimming pool with a large sunbathing area.
The interior has recently been furnished and is equipped with 4 beds (one-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a bunk bed), kitchen-living room, and bathroom with shower, a children's cot can be provided upon request. Guests have access to a television, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, oven, microwave, independent heating, wifi internet, bed and bath linen, and kitchen utensils.

For an additional price of €5 per day, air conditioning is available.
Small pets are accepted only if notified at the time of booking.

Arrival

The apartment is located in via delle Busatte n.24, in the municipality of Nagoa-Torbole, in the province of Trento.

It is available from 2.00pm to 7.00pm and must normally be returned tidy and clean by 10.00am on the day of departure (under penalty of one day's charge).
Payment will be made in cash or by bank transfer upon arrival upon delivery of the apartment keys.

The tourist tax is an amount of 1 Euro per person/night which must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday, children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying this tax.
