Splendid mountain cabin of approximately 70 m2 on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery on the slopes of Becco di Filadonna, sunny and panoramic, a spectacle for the mind and spirit, it is made of larch, fir and stone. Kitchen, living room with wood-burning majolica stove, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom with the possibility of additional beds. Bathroom with window and shower and washing machine. Large green space equipped with barbeque. It is a convenient starting point for the 60 km of the Vigolana, a circuit equipped for hiking, trekking, mountain biking and horse riding. In the winter season, a short distance away, there are the Alpe Cimbra-Folgaria and Lavarone ski resorts (104 km of slopes), Panarotta (30 km of slopes), and Bondone (45 km of slopes). The cabin is of the Casa Clima type. It is adjacent and connected by an 8 m roof. at Baita Spilech, but has an independent entrance, garden and parking.15 minutes by car from Lake Caldonazzo

Conditions

New in 2023: in the meadow in front of the two huts we have a new sauna. Info on site.
To complete the offer, in the arcade that unites our hut to twin hut Spilech we have a glass gazebo with hot tub, whose use in common to the two huts is regulated by shifts, at a cost of € 30 for the weekend and 70 € per week.

From Caldonazzo (19 km from Trento, Trento Centro motorway exit, direction SS 47 Valsugana-Padova) take the SP 134, which passes Centa S. Nicolò and merges into the S.S. 349, proceed through the village of Pian dei Pradi, after passing the hotel "Al Bosco" you will shortly see an intersection on your right side, take the direction Frisanco and Paludei and after 3 turns turn left onto a narrow street and continue straight (for about 10 mt.) until you reach the Mandrett and Spilech.

The chalet has a large living room with kitchen, bed-sofa and TV. We have two rooms, one double and one twin, in the latter we can put the baby bed complete with linen, or another single bed. We also have for small children a baby bed a table chair and changing table, wooden games and board games. The wooden bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower.
