LOCATION
Baita Giola is located on the mountain of Roncegno Terme at 1400 m. a. s. l. in Località Pozze, in a constantly sunny area and surrounded by its large private lawn.
Giola was completely renovated in 2022, accessible in any season of the year. The hut offers a wonderful view of Mount Fravort and the surrounding mountain ranges, ideal for those who need relaxation and walks, but also an excellent starting point for lovers of trekking, mountain biking, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing, ...
Excursions can start directly from the hut from which you can reach structures such as alpine huts, refuges and historical sites.
At 200 meters from the hut there is a typical restaurant and in the center of the village of Roncegno about 8 km from Giola there are supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, post office, bank, hairdresser, beautician, ice cream bar. In the surrounding area of Roncegno there are tennis courts, golf course and bus stop. In Borgo Valsugana, about 13 km from Giola, there is also a medical guard and hospital.
Driving directions:
Arriving from Verona/Trento or Venice/Padova/Bassano, take the SS 47 to Roncegno Terme, then continue on the S. P. n. 65 for 5 kilometers until the junction for Loc. Pozze. Take the paved municipal road on the left before reaching the village of Ronchi Valsugana. Baita Giola is located along the municipal road about 150 m before the restaurant Alle Pozze, on the right.

FEATURES
Baita Giola is the right side of a semi-detached house and is arranged on two levels, on the lower floor there is kitchen and living room, laundry room and bathroom complete with shower and bidet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed if necessary and a single bedroom which can also be used as a small living room. Also upstairs there is the second bathroom with shower and bidet.
In front of the house there is a garden equipped with stone barbecue, table, umbrella and deck chairs.
The cottage has its own private road and parking space.
Behind the cottage there is a huge property lawn for the delight of children and / or animals.
