The structure is the ideal solution for those who want to engage in sports activities in an unspoiled environment during their vacation. During the summer season, numerous hiking or biking excursions (bikes provided for guests) can be undertaken along forest roads or trails nearby the house. For those who want to take on more challenging endeavors, it's just a few kilometers by car to reach the Brenta Dolomites. In Spiazzo (8 KM), there is also a pool. In the winter season, skiing is possible on the slopes of Bolbeno, benefiting from discounts on ski pass purchases, or, by driving about fifteen kilometers, reaching the ski circuits of Val Rendena. Nordic skiing can also be practiced in Bondo and Carisolo (with an artificial snow track). The B&B is also ideal for those who want to spend their holidays immersed in nature and away from the chaos and frenzy of the city. Arriving by car: Tione di Trento can be reached from both the south and the north via the Brenner State Road 12 or the A22 motorway (Trento Centro exit, 46 km from the toll booth), then continue on the SS 237 del Caffaro state road; or from east to west via the Milan-Venice motorway (Brescia Est exit), then diverting to the SS 237 del Caffaro state road. Arrival by train: You can reach Trento by train and then take a bus towards Sarche- Tione di Trento, or go to Brescia and from there take a bus towards Tormini-Tione.
