It is about 800 meters from the Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the historic center.

Various mountain destinations or Lake Garda can be easily reached.

Equipped with a bike room in a dedicated space with the possibility of minor repairs and charging space.

The accommodation consists of three balconies, underfloor heating, new PVC windows with triple glazing, and a security door.

For the first day, I offer all guests a small breakfast including tea/herbal infusions and coffee in capsules or with the moka pot.

During your stay, I will always be available as I live in the same building.

On the first floor of a modern building recently constructed, a cozy and bright apartment awaits you.

The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery, and the basic necessities for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, sugar).
In addition to the basic appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer), there is a toaster oven and an air fryer.
In the living area, you will also find a very comfortable sofa that, when opened, can accommodate two additional guests on a comfortable mattress.
In the living room cabinet, you will find the television and a library area for both adults and children.
