Conditions
With the reservation, documents of each guest will be requested for registration at the police headquarters. As for the tourist tax, if the guests are all over 14 years old, it will be 1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If the overnight stay exceeds 30 days, it will be my responsibility to prepare and send you a contract before your arrival, which will be registered at the Revenue Office. To avoid incurring sanctions, please note that guests who fail to provide an identification document will not be allowed to stay in the flat.

Coming from Milan/Bergamo/Brescia/Trento on the main road of Tione "via circonvallazione", after 20 meters in front of the LIDL supermarket, there is the ramp that leads down to the Condominium. Halfway down the ramp on the right, there is a small ramp that leads to a garden parking area for the apartment with two dedicated parking spaces.

It has a kitchen complete with linen and crockery, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk frother, microwave. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, methane boiler and linen. Large living room with 55 inch Smart TV, chromecast, and networked internet.

Central corridor with pellet stove. All rooms are equipped with 32 inch Smart networked TVs, each room has a desk station with dedicated wall sockets and socket for network access. There is also an external balcony accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.
Guests are provided with a Dyson Animal Pro2 hoover, cleaning products, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
We have a cot for infants/children, upon request it will be assembled before check-in.
