Our residence is located in a breathtaking pre-Alpine landscape in the Lessinia Trentina in the Sega di Ala area at an altitude of 1270 meters above sea level.

The house, recently renovated, dates back to the early 1900s and is surrounded by a large, quiet garden of 2000 square meters.
The surrounding environment is rich in hiking trails and will allow you to engage in numerous activities such as walking, biking, or horseback riding, birdwatching, and during the winter season, cross-country skiing.

The house
Upon entering Dimora Storica Lessinia, you will find a spacious entrance area with a comfortable staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a large eat-in kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stone sink, a wood stove, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and two tables. In the spacious living room, you will find a TV, two sofas, a large table, and an antique piano. The elegant bedroom features a double bed. Finally, there is a large modern bathroom with a shower.

The garden
In the spacious garden of the house, you will find a gazebo with a table and four benches. Additionally, there are sun loungers available, ideal for sunbathing or stargazing. A part of the garden is completely fenced to allow your dog to play in complete safety.
