The Casa da Mont Fer is a portion of a cabin on the ground floor spread over two levels.
The entrance is independent from the other apartment in the property and ensures privacy and discretion.
On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a gas stove, a wood stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a dining room with a table, a TV, and a fireplace with benches. Additionally, there is a bathroom (toilet, bidet, and shower) and a bedroom with a one and a half size bed.
Upstairs, via a staircase, you access the second bedroom, featuring a double sofa bed.
Outside, there is an unfenced portion of garden for exclusive use, with a mobile barbecue, a table with chairs for outdoor dining. Dishes, cutlery, pots, bathroom and bed linen are provided.
The property is connected to the public water supply, while the external fountain is linked to a spring (not controlled). Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler. Staying at the Casa Fer allows you to enjoy your vacation in complete relaxation. In fact, the property is connected to the public lighting system, without any concerns about autonomy.
Reserved parking space in immediate proximity of the house, in a shared area. Charging of electric cars is not permitted.
Mobile phone coverage is not guaranteed outdoors, depending on the provider used. Wi-Fi throughout the house with limited data consumption. Four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved!
