The Pineta Apartments are in a quiet and privileged position, enjoying a splendid view over Lake Molveno and towards the Dolomites. The two-room and three-room apartments are located near the town center (800 m) and the shuttle bus stop (15 m). They consist of: bedroom, kitchen with living room (kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven / microwave, kettle, satellite TV and in summer 6 Sky-TV channels), bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bed and kitchen linen provided. Towels on request (€ 5 per person per change). Free cot and high chair.
Final cleaning and utilities are included in the rate.
Free for guests: lift, laundry-ironing room, bicycle and ski deposit, garden with solarium area, Guest Card, covered parking, free parking at the Lido di Molveno, wi-fi, table tennis, table football and outdoor games for children.
Pets are not allowed.

- da 21 giorni a 4 giorni dell'arrivo la caparra versata non viene restuita e può essere utilizzata per la prenotazione di un soggiorno da svolgersi entro il 31.12 dell'anno corrente;
- da 3 a 0 giorni prima dell'arrivo/ no-show / partenza anticipata / arrivo posticipato: 100% dell'importo totale del soggiorno.
Per completare la prenotazione è necessario versare una caparra confirmatoria pari al 30%. dell'importo del soggiorno.
E' richiesto il deposito di una cauzione di € 100 il giorno del check-in. L'importo sarà restituito al check-out, previa verifica dello stato dell'appartamento.

In auto / moto: percorrere l'Autostrada A22 del Brennero e prendere l'uscita Mezzocorona (TN). Seguire le indicazioni per Mezzolombardo e successivamente per Fai della Paganella. Proseguire fino all'abitato di Molveno e giungere in Via Belvedere nr. 55.
In autobus: la linea di riferimento è Trento – Mezzocorona – Molveno. Consultare la tabella orari di Trentino Trasporti.
In treno: la stazione treni più vicina è a Mezzocorona (TN). Successivamente è necessario proseguire con l'autobus o mezzo proprio per raggiungere Molveno.
In aereo: l'aeroporto più vicino è a Villafranca di Verona (Valerio Catullo). La stazione dei treni e degli autobus di Trento è collegata con bus navetta.
