Welcome to the Residence Negritella of the Degiampietro Family!
Our facility consists of 11 apartments located on the ground floor, first, or second floor, suitable for couples, families with children, elderly people, and groups.
The complex is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Cavalese, in a quiet and sunny area of the town. A convenient supermarket for your shopping and several bars are located nearby.
The apartments feature a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and furniture in typical local style.
We offer two-room apartments (max 2 people), three-room apartments (4/6 people), and four-room apartments (6/8 people), all with a terrace/balcony and every comfort (TV, washing machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ski storage, garage, and parking space).
