In the new building there are my apartments sunny, bright, well furnished, comfortable and beautiful.
The apartments Laly are situated in the heart of the city of Arco near the major square and the delightful central gardens.
Here there are signs of that wonderful age, buildings of great beauty dominated by an ancient castle and signs of modern age like free climbing world championship.
In the immediate vicinity,pharmacies,supermarkets,bars,tabacco,restaurants,pizzerias and bike paths.
It is surely a start point for having a walk among nature and sport: free climbing, biking, windsurf, sailing, canyoning, rafting, golf, horseracing, etc.

In a short time it is possible reach the picturesque Garda Lake, which is navigable by nice and equipped boats.

The apartments "Laly" are open all year.
The prices include: electricity, gas, water, heating,air conditioning, WI-FI Eolo 100MB,TV sat, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen changed weekly, dishes, dishwasher, phon, cleaning cloths, detergents. Private garage for carport, space for sports equipment, bicycles, motorcycles, and common garden.
Laundry room with washing machine with detergent, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner (to be agreed).
Available on request a free cot/bed for children and baby high chair.
Prices do not include:
The tourist tax is an amount of 1.00 € person/night (max 10 nights/ persons) which must be paid directly at the chosen accommodation facility.

Happy to host you, I am sending you the initial instructions for self check-in.

You will be contacted via email or WhatsApp a few days before your arrival to complete the necessary documentation.

I am always available upon your arrival and during your stay.

Check-in from 3 PM onwards, check-out by 9:30 AM (kitchen clean, no trash, otherwise a one-day charge applies).

I also ask you to let me know your expected arrival time and to send me a message on WhatsApp, Laura (00393466242615), when you arrive so that you can inform me if everything is in order.
