We offer ten individually decorated rooms - eight in the main building and two in our garden. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and small comforts such as complimentary toiletries, homemade biscuits and night carafes. We invite guests to enjoy a welcome drink upon their arrival.
Our convenient location along the old town perimeter allows you to enjoy the best of the centro storico of Riva and the lakeside. We are just 100 meters from San Marco gate, five minutes walk to the port, and less than a minute’s walk from the footpath leading up the Bastione and Santa Barbara Chapel. Excellent shopping opportunities, the Wednesday market, and the best sights in Riva are all close by. As we are located near the main arteries, you can easily hop on a ferry or bus, or take a spin by bike or car to explore the Upper Garda region.
The complete breakfast buffet is included in the price of every room and consists of boiled eggs, fresh breads and spreads, meat, cheeses, cereals, yoghurt and espresso drinks. For those looking for an even heartier breakfast, our chef also offers express-made extras, such as scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, crepes and pancakes for a small added cost.

We offer three unique rooms in our main building that can have either queen or twin bed configuration, depending upon your preference.
L'Anselim: With window overlooking our terrace, this room is located in our main building and unique in configuration. There is a an entryway with a mirror and sidetable. To the right you find the bedroom and to the left one of the bed and breakfast's more spacious bathrooms, complete with shower, toilet and sink.
L'Alba: This room on our lower floor is spacious and features a small interior veranda connected to our terrace (but fitted with privacy windows). The classic teal-tiled bathroom includes shower, toilet and sink.
Benaco: Our twin or double room by the same name is located on the upper floor of our main building and overlooks Via Bastione. It features a one-of-a-kind vintage flower-tiled bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, and has a desk and sitting area.

This unique room has a four-poster bed for couples who would love to add a bit of romance to their Riva del Garda getaway or for individuals who simply would enjoy a little extra pampering. We have two rooms at the end of our private garden adjacent to the Ancient Medieval Walls that marked the perimeter of the charming village of Riva del Garda. The two family suites, being of recent construction, stand out from the style of the main building. Both rooms are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, TV, and air conditioning. Additionally, the patio outside the room allows you to relax in our garden with the option to enjoy breakfast or a drink outdoors.
These rooms are ideal for couples or families who want to share their stay.
We named these two rooms Gelsomino and Mimosa because of the fragrances and colors that inspire them.
