Conditions
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
Cancellation policy notes:
- if the booking is canceled 31 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded (minus management fees)
- if the booking is canceled 30 to 21 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but a voucher will be issued (still as a confirmation deposit for a new booking for at least the same number of days and people, to be used within a year subject to hotel availability)
- if the booking is canceled 20 to 11 days before arrival, the deposit will no longer be refunded and a penalty of 60% of the total stay will be applied
- if the booking is canceled 10 to 1 days before arrival, the deposit will no longer be refunded and a penalty of 80% of the total stay will be applied
- for a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the stay will be applied

FROM TRENTO
Leave the A22 motorway (Modena/Brennero) at the Trento Sud toll booth. The distance is 74 km and all the main junctions are well signposted. The most important junctions where attention is required are in the towns of Sarche and Tione di Trento
FROM BRESCIA
Leave the A4 motorway (Milan/Venice) at the Brescia East toll booth and take the Brescia ring road towards Lake D’Idro/Salo/Madonna di Campiglio. The distance is about 115 km. The ring road ends at the entrance to the town of Sabbio Chiese. From that point on, the direction to M. di Campiglio is always well marked and is the main route.
ARRIVED AT MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO
Once you reach the entrance of Madonna di Campiglio, follow the signs for “Madonna di Campiglio north,” making sure not to enter the bypass tunnel. Continue for about 400 meters until you reach the Pista 3tre. Immediately on the left is the Alpen Hotel Vidi.
