Well-kept 70 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor, 1.3 km from the center of Folgaria in Trentino with rustic wooden furniture as required by mountain use. Organized with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, wi-fi network, bathroom with window and shower and washing machine. Parking space and ski storage. . Balcony with direct exit to the garden. Garden equipped with barbecue. Apartment in Mezzaselva, a small farm of Cimbrian origin surrounded by meadows and woods particularly suitable for walking. An ideal environment for children. Conditions
The prices include both the consumption of utilities and the final cleaning. The rate includes a supply of sheets, pillowcases and towels. The cancellation if delivered within 14 days of staying does not give penalties or the withholding of the deposit. In case of no-show due to illness, no penalty will be applied by providing the medical certificate.

Arrival
Casapergher is situated in the municipality of Folgaria, in Trentino. You can reach it by car along the A22 motorway and taking the Rovereto Nord exit. Continue north to Calliano, then turn right for Folgaria. Once in Folgaria, do not enter the center but take the state road up to a roundabout, and there go for Serrada. After 1 km, on the left, you will find the historic and ancient Cimbrian farm of Mezzaselva.
