Conditions

Arrival
DELIVERY OF THE RESERVED APARTMENT
The reserved apartment is available no earlier than 4:00 PM and no later than 7:00 PM on the day of the rental start. Upon arrival, the Tenant is required to go to the ALBERTI Agency Office at the Rainalter Center to collect the keys.
Agency staff will accompany the Guest to the reserved apartment. An extended arrival on Sunday requires adherence to holiday hours.
If the second day passes without communication from the Tenant, it is assumed that they tacitly renounce the apartment and the reservation will be released with the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
DEPARTURES
The rented apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of the end of the rental to allow for cleaning and subsequent occupancy. Any security deposit can be collected after the keys are returned and following a check, at the ALBERTI Agency Office.
