Saddled up on Alpe Cimbra

One of Europe’s largest pastures and home to easy routes and thrilling descents

When you cycle on Alpe Cimbra, you’ll pedal through one of Europe’s largest pastures, home to centuries-old firs and Alpine lakes. Breathe in its history and admire one of the most varied examples of biodiversity in the entire Alpine range.

If you love the freedom of woodland trails, but haven’t quite trained enough yet, you’ll find easy, accessible and panoramic routes that take you down to Lake Garda, or glide easily along the valley floor to Trento or Bassano del Grappa. If, however, you already have many kilometres of MTB under your belt, here you can add many more, pedalling among dirt roads, farmsteads and villages, riding alone or in company.

There’s plenty of excitement to be had on two wheels, especially if you love downhill! In addition to the historical descents of Lavarone Bike Park you can try out the trails on the brand-new FolgaRide, in Folgaria.

Lavarone Bike Park

The Bike Park in Lavarone is a park dedicated to bikes and downhill with 4 thrilling trails. Safe and tested structures mean you can let your excitement run free. The Whezzyssghevenait is a famous orange piste as wild as its name. Wooden structures, ramps to be taken at full speed, tight turns and acrobatic jumps, and the Pina Colada, a terrifying stretch of black piste! If it’s your first time trying downhill, we recommend talking to the Bike Park instructors.
