Enjoy Trento and Rovereto with the all-access Museum Pass

Museums, castles, public transportation and much more

Trentino: nature, sports, food and wine... and culture. With the Museum Pass you can visit museums and castles and attend international festival performances, comfortably getting around by public transportation without ever needing your car. In the cities of Trento and Rovereto, in Valle dell'Adige and Vallagarina, there are boundless opportunities to make your holiday exceptional.

Visiting Trento? Then you absolutely must see the Muse, the Science Museum, designed by architect Renzo Piano: a scientific look at the mountain with interactive paths for kids as well. You can then continue with a visit to Castello del Buonconsiglio, the most important castle of Trentino, once splendid residence of the Prince-Bishops with its Cycle of Frescoes, a masterpiece of Gothic art.

The next day, take advantage of the public transportation network. Would you rather move a little bit to the North, because you miss home? You can travel in the ancient heart of this land, visiting the Museum of the Traditions and Customs of the People of Trentino in San Michele all'Adige, the most important Italian Museum of local traditions.

Or, would you prefer to move South, because it’s where the City of Peace is, with its large Bell that every day resounds across the valley to remember the fallen of all wars? In Rovereto, you can't miss the Mart, the Museum of modern and contemporary art. Designed by Mario Botta, it features extraordinarily rich collections: from Futurism to Pop Art, from Poor Art to Realism, up to the most current trends. A walk in the historical centre of the city takes you to another branch of the Mart, the Casa d'Arte Futurista Depero, a museum-workshop unlike any other in Italy and designed by the artist himself.
