Bolkhent – Winter Welcomes You to Alpe Cimbra
Winter has arrived, and on the Alpe Cimbra you can already feel an irresistible Christmas atmosphere.
The crisp breeze that winds through the streets meets the warmth of Folgaria’s town center: vibrant colors, inviting aromas, and a genuine hospitality that embraces everyone who passes through.
A special season is about to begin, one that embraces both lovers of the outdoors and those seeking relaxation and the charm of local traditions.
Bolkhent, which in Cimbrian means welcome, is the ritual with which we celebrate the start of this magical time of year and greet all those who wish to experience it firsthand.
The Event:
Saturday, December 6
Start: 6:00 PM – Piazzetta Villa, Folgaria
A grand parade will bring the heart of the village to life, accompanied by the music of the Folgaria Folk Band, leading the procession to Piazza S. Lorenzo, where we will witness the lighting of the great Christmas tree.
The Ski Instructors of Alpe Cimbra will be there to make you dream and tell you about the thrills that await you on the over 100 km of slopes across the plateau.
Making the parade even more special will be the presence of the elegant Bernese Mountain Dogs from the amateur Grabber group.

Hot mulled wine and spiced hot tea for everyone!
