The house is made up by 10 high quality standard apartments. Brand-new construction, opened in summer '94, it is located at a distance of 100 m from the Hotel Monte Giner. All apartments are functional and elegantly appointed with handicraft furnishings. All are equipped with every outfit for an easy holiday like: kitchenette with cooking shelf and oven, dishwasher, colour TV with Sat programs, direct dial telephone, washing-machine working with coins, balcony with panoramic view.
In this Residence there are 3 types of apartments available for rent: 1)Two Rooms: 1 double bedroom for 2 persons, living-room/kitchenette with sofa-bed (for 2 persons), bathroom with shower. Ideal for lodging 2/3 persons, maximum 4.
2)Three Rooms: 2 bedrooms of which: 1 with bunk-bed and 1 with double bed, living-room/kitchenette with sofa-bed (for 2 persons), bathroom with shower. Ideal for lodging 4/5 persons, maximum 6.
3) Four Rooms: 3 bedrooms, living-room/kitchenette with sofa-bed (for 2 persons), 2 bathrooms, one of which with shower and one with tub. Spacious apartment. Perfect for lodging 6/7 persons, maximum 8.
In a quiet position, surrounded by a natural landscape along the Noce river and at a distance of 200 meters from the superbly equipped Sporting Center.
