Animals are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted.
No damage must be done. The furniture cannot be moved or used for a different use than the original one.
All utilities are included, except for heating. Table/kitchen linen is included in the price. Bed/bathroom linen can be provided at a cost of 10 euros/person per week, changed weekly.
Final cleaning costs 50 euros.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm to 9 pm: check-out by 10 am.
Availability for periods of less than or equal to 3 days is subject to confirmation.
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at the facility and, in any case, no later than two days from arrival in the case of bank transfer.
The structure cannot accommodate a number of people greater than the number of beds offered. Tourist tax 1 euro/person per day (max 10 days).
The Picchio Autumn apartment has a reserved external parking space; the Picchio Spring apartment in the garage.
