Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed.
All the utilities are included, with the exception of heating in the winter.
Table linen / kitchen linen is included in the price of the accommodation. Bath linen / bed linen can be provided, on request, at a cost of 10 euros / person a week, to be sold on site. The change of linen is weekly.
Final cleaning costs € 50, to be sold on site.
Check-in is possible from 16. The accommodation must be vacated by 10 noon.
Availability for periods of 3 or less than 3 days is subject to confirmation by the structure, with quotation on request.
The balance of the stay must take place upon arrival at the property and, in any case, no later than two days from the arrival in case of bank transfer.
It is not allowed to stay at the property for a number of people higher than the number of beds offered. The tourist tax is equal to 1 euro/person per day (for max 10 days).

The "Autumn woodpecker apartment" consists of two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large kitchen with all the amenities (dishwasher and microwave included).
