We offer ten individually decorated rooms - eight in the main building and two in our garden. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and small comforts such as complimentary toiletries, homemade biscuits and night carafes. We invite guests to enjoy a welcome drink upon their arrival.
Our convenient location along the old town perimeter allows you to enjoy the best of the centro storico of Riva and the lakeside. We are just 100 meters from San Marco gate, five minutes walk to the port, and less than a minute’s walk from the footpath leading up the Bastione and Santa Barbara Chapel. Excellent shopping opportunities, the Wednesday market, and the best sights in Riva are all close by. As we are located near the main arteries, you can easily hop on a ferry or bus, or take a spin by bike or car to explore the Upper Garda region.
The complete breakfast buffet is included in the price of every room and consists of boiled eggs, fresh breads and spreads, meat, cheeses, cereals, yoghurt and espresso drinks. For those looking for an even heartier breakfast, our chef also offers express-made extras, such as scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, crepes and pancakes for a small added cost.

This small room on the upper floor of the main building has a slanted ceiling featuring the old wooden beams and a window overlooking the terrace and main cottage of our property. Included is a matrimonial size bed, a small area to hang your clothes or set your suitcase, and a cheery but tiny bathroom. Given that the height of the ceiling is significantly lower on one side of the room, we have designated this room for individuals.

We offer three unique rooms in our main building that can have either queen or twin bed configuration, depending upon your preference.
L'Anselim: With window overlooking our terrace, this room is located in our main building and unique in configuration. There is a an entryway with a mirror and sidetable. To the right you find the bedroom and to the left one of the bed and breakfast's more spacious bathrooms, complete with shower, toilet and sink.
L'Alba: This room on our lower floor is spacious and features a small interior veranda connected to our terrace (but fitted with privacy windows). The classic teal-tiled bathroom includes shower, toilet and sink.
Benaco: Our twin or double room by the same name is located on the upper floor of our main building and overlooks Via Bastione. It features a one-of-a-kind vintage flower-tiled bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, and has a desk and sitting area.

This unique room has a four-poster bed for couples who would love to add a bit of romance to their Riva del Garda getaway or for individuals who simply would enjoy a little extra pampering. Rich floral textures, soft colors and a vintage mirror combine to create an old world mood. This room faces Via Bastione, and is light, airy and cheery. The bathroom is one of our classics--small, with clean teal and blue tiles, shower, sink and toilet.

We have two garden rooms located at the far end of our property and adjacent to the medeival town walls that form a part of the Antiche Mura perimeter. These rooms are mirror images of one another and can be joined to make connecting rooms. Given their more recent construction, they feature wood paneled walls and more contemporary decor than our rooms in the main building. Here you will find a mix of earthy beiges, deep cabernet-colored bed frames and sky blue (in the bathroom). Both have queen beds. These rooms are in a shady corner of our garden and have small wood-tile patios out front where guests can enjoy an afternoon drink or morning coffee. These are the only two rooms with a bidet.These rooms are suitable for couples or individuals traveling together, or even for families. The Garden Rooms are named after two of the plants found here in our garden: Mimosa (left room) and Gelsomino (right room).
