Our apartments are located 10 minutes from Moena's city center by foot and 30 meters from a skibus-stop.
We have two apartments on the top floor (63 sm), both on the third floor.
Each unit offers free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a little balcony and private bathroom. Dishwasher and kettle are also provided. There are two bedrooms, and the possibilty of having double or twin beds (4/5 beds).
In front of the house there is free car parking and at the back of the building a terrace with deck chairs.

Warunki
Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival. From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

> Final cleaning fee: EUR 55.00, to be charged only if the guest doesn't do the final cleaning on his own.
> Linen (bed and bath): is provided only on request at a cost of EUR 12.00 per person, per change.
> Tourist tax: € 1.00 per person / day up to a maximum of 10 days stay. The tax is not applicable to children under 14 years.
