Please inform us of your expected time of arrival in advance. You can provide this information when booking or contact the Villa using the details given on the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION/ADVANCE PAYMENT Bookings are considered as confirmed with payment of a deposit, of 25% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer to our current account. Payment will be made in cash upon your arrival. You may cancel/modify free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations/Modifications later than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.
Pets not allowed - All apartments are non-smoking - Tourist tax: EUR 1,00 per night per person, excluding children under 14 years of age up to 10 days of stay. From December 1, 2021 € 1,50
