In addition we request a deposit of 20% of the total amount for stays over 5 nights. A deposit is mandatory in the periods from 15.07 until 16.09 and from 24.12 until 06.01

reservation with deposit: cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit

Until 1 day before arrival:
reservation without deposit: cancellation fee in the amount of the first night
reservation with deposit: cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit
and the first night

Day of arrival and no-show: 80% of the total amount is charged
