CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation of the stay or no-show, the following penalties will be applied: in case of cancellations :
made up to 20 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied;
From the 19th day until the 10th day from the date of arrival the cost of the first night will be charged;
from: 8 * to 4 * day from the arrival date 50% of the total amount will be charged;
from the 3 * day from the arrival date, in case of no-show (NO-SHOW), or early departure will be charged the full amount.
For stays starting from 1 November 2015, the introduction of the tourist tax is foreseen. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday
