The 29th edition of Dolomiti Ski Jazz makes a stop in Moena with an unmissable concert by the London band, famous for its unique mix of Brazilian music and African influences. To enrich the evening, the participation of French jazz singer Camille Bertault
From 7 to 16 March, the "jazz track" crosses the valleys of Fassa and Fiemme with concerts on the terraces of the refuges, in clubs, theatres and squares. From Canazei to Cavalese, all the way to Cembra: the Dolomiti Ski Jazz proposes also this year as many as 25 concerts. Warm rhythms such as jazz, but also blues, funk and Latin music will create thrilling contrasts with the snow-covered scenery of the Dolomites. Artists from the international scene will perform in the evenings in the clubs and theatres of the villages, while during the day they will take to the mountains, on the terraces of the mountain huts, some of which can also be reached by non-skiers. The festival will move day after day from one slope to another, from the Belvedere ski area in Canazei to the Alpe Cermis in Cavalese.

This talented London band has been enchanting audiences for years with an original mix of Brazilian music and African influences. They have conquered the stages of international festivals and events, bringing their overwhelming sound to music lovers all over the world. In the UK they have performed at prestigious venues such as Ronnie Scott's, NinetyOne and Chester's Metronome Jazz Bar, making their mark in iconic music venues. Their performances, full of energy and charisma, have made Almanaque a must-see reference for Brazilian music fans. A special touch is provided by guest singer Camille Bertault, who surprises with stunning renditions of Chorinhos and a soulful version of Lilia by Milton Nascimento, one of the band's most influential artists.
Camille Bertault
It is not common for a jazz singer to emerge thanks to YouTube, but Camille Bertault is an extraordinary case. After studying jazz singing and improvisation at the Paris Conservatory, she attracted the attention of the New York-based label Sunnyside Records in 2016, which released her first album "En vie". He collaborates with talented musicians such as Dan Tepfer and in 2018 records his second album "Pas de Géant". With his fifth work, "Bonjour Mon Amour" (2023), he won the prestigious "Les Victoires du Jazz" award as best French vocalist, confirming himself as one of the most fascinating voices on the contemporary jazz scene.
