Guided tour of the "Rampeèr" brewery in Campitello and narrated tasting in the company of brewer Daniel
An experience for true beer lovers, face to face with Daniel, master brewer and soul of the small but innovative brewery in Campitello. After years of travelling in Europe and studying the best production techniques, he created the first craft beer made in Val di Fassa. And now he's ready to share his story and secrets with those who, like him, aren't satisfied with just drinking beer, but want to really get to know it. Accompanied by his passion and his voice, you'll enter the beating heart of mountain craft beer production. You will discover every phase of the process: from the selection of natural ingredients, with pure water from Val Duron as a distinctive element, to the processing of the must in the copper system of the brewhouse, up to fermentation, casking and tapping. And then... it's time to taste! A narrated tasting of homemade beers paired with typical Val di Fassa cheeses, for a sensory journey through the aromas, flavours and history of the territory.

Mandatory phone reservation or directly at the inn within 12 noon of the same day.
Meeting point: on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. by the brewery-inn "Rampeèr" in Campitello. Duration of activity: approx. 1 hour.
In case of lacking the minimum number of participants or of impossibility to organize the guided visit, the activity will be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to contact the facility by telephone at least the day before to cancel your visit.
